Avril Lavigne is struggling to finish her fourth studio album "Pink Crust" because she’s busy with her divorce papers. According to Jam reports, the Complicated singer and her producer and ex-husband Deryck Whibley are spending most of their time in visiting lawyers’ offices. Apparently, Avril doesn’t want to pay spousal support but she may have to share half her cash with the Sum41 frontman. In other news, Avril has been confirmed for Alice I Wonderland soundtrack.
Avril Lavigne was spotted making out with a mystery man. The 25-year-singer, who split with husband Deryck Whibley earlier this year, was seen smooching with a guy at New York's Rose Bar at the Gramercy Park Hotel. Onlookers said they saw Avril chilling out with friend while drinking vodka. Sources added she leapt on to the guy she was sitting next to and started kissing him. It is claimed she got his number.
